This Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made on https://littleleap.me. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.
· Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped.
· To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details.
· If the order has not yet been processed or shipped, the full amount paid will be refunded.
· Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped.
· Customers may instead initiate a return after delivery, subject to the conditions outlined in this policy.
You may request a return if:
· The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect
· The product is unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition (where applicable)
The following items are not eligible for return:
· Items damaged due to misuse, negligence, or normal wear and tear
· Items without original packaging or tags
· Products marked as non-returnable or final sale
· Perishable, customized, or personalized items (if applicable)
· Return requests must be initiated within 24 hours of delivery.
· Customers must provide proof of purchase and, where required, photos or videos of the issue.
· Returns without prior approval may not be accepted.
· If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item), return shipping costs will be covered by us.
· For all other approved returns, return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
· We are not responsible for loss or damage during return transit.

· Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days after inspection.
· Online payments: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method via Stripe.
· Cash on Delivery (COD): Refunds will be issued via bank transfer, store credit, or other agreed method.
Please note that banks or payment providers may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.
Partial refunds may be issued in cases where:
· The item is returned in a condition different from its original state
· Parts or accessories are missing
· Damage is not due to our error
· Refusal to accept a COD order at the time of delivery without a valid reason may result in restrictions on future COD orders.
· Shipping and handling costs may be deducted or charged separately in such cases.
· Exchanges are subject to product availability.
· If the requested exchange is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be offered.
